The HardCap Aerolite is the lightest full shell bump cap available on the market, weighing less than 135g without compromising on performance.
Representing the forefront of innovation within the JSP head protection range, providing complete protection by meeting the requirements of EN 812 and EN 352-3.
Underneath the sleek textile cover is a tough HDPE sheel and a lightweight EPP impact liner, carefully designed to allow for flexibility and comfort for the wearer.
Replaceable padding to provide extra comfort and a better fit. The comfort pad and sweatband are moisture wicking to move sweat away from the skin.
The cover has large open weave panels allowing the easy transfer of cool air. This substantially reduces head build-up and discomfort for the wearer, especially when worn over long periods.
Designed with a shorter 25mm peak providing improved vision when looking upward.
Large reflective areas on the side panels of the cover and reflective piping around the peak provide extra visibility and improved safety in low-light conditions
The cover is removable and machine washable. The sweatband and padding are treated with Polygiene, which reduces skin irritation, odours and wash cycles, and prolongs the lifetime of the fabric.
