FREE DELIVERY 
Free delivery is available for all orders over $500 plus GST within our standard delivery area, which includes the metropolitan areas of NSW, ACT, VIC, SA, as well as the city area of Wagga Wagga. For orders under $500, a delivery charge of $20 plus GST will apply for orders placed via the website.

Please Note: Some items in our online range are considered "bulky" due to their weight or size, and these items will incur additional shipping charges. Not all bulky items may be marked as such on our website immediately; this may be advised after your order is placed. Bulky items are not covered by our free shipping policy.

BULKY GOODS SHIPPING

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

RETURN & EXCHANGE TERMS 

  1. Authorisation: All returns and exchanges must be authorised by Southland and are subject to the following conditions:
    • Stocked Items: Returns of incorrectly ordered stocked items may be accepted within 7 days of delivery.
    • Non-Stocked Items (Special Orders): Returns of incorrectly ordered non-stocked items are subject to Southland's discretion and may not be accepted.
    • Proof of Purchase: Must be provided for any return or exchange.
    • Fees: Returned products may incur freight charges and/or re-stocking fees.
    • Condition of Goods: Returned products must be in merchantable quality and in their original packaging, unless they are faulty or under warranty.
    • Warranty: Returned products may be subject to manufacturer's warranty conditions. For more information on guarantees and warranties, please contact Southland.
    • Exceptions: Clearance items and certain other items may not be accepted for refund. Please contact webstore@southland.com.au to confirm eligibility.

      • Replacement or supply of equivalent goods.
      • Repair of the goods.
      • Payment of the cost of replacing or acquiring equivalent goods.
      • Payment of the cost of having the goods repaired.

      • Resupplying the services.
      • Payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
